Thermoprobe, Inc is committed to maintaining privacy of confidential and sensitive personal information. This privacy statement applies to the Application and addresses data collection, use, and dissemination of personal information. By using the application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. Thermoprobe reserves the right to amend this privacy statement without notice.

Thermoprobe does not collect, use, save or have access to any of your personal data recorded in the Application. ThermoProbe does not sell, rent or lease customer data to third parties.

Individual settings related to the Application are not personal and are stored only on your device. You may be asked to enable Bluetooth and Location Services, but these are features required for the Application communication. If you do not enable Bluetooth and Location services you will not be able to connect to the device.

To connect to Thermoprobe TL3 devices, we need to obtain the Bluetooth device list of the system. According to the Android system permission application principle, we need to obtain your location permission to read the Bluetooth device list.

The Application saves data specific to the application (Model, Serial Number, Temperature, Time & Date) locally into device log files (.csv format) on your device. The user will be notified when this data needs to be deleted for space requirements. You can delete the device logs files by accessing the directory using the ‘Historical Data’ feature of the application.
